Shopping & Payment

We aim to make your purchase as seamless as possible. Fujiyama Appliances accepts a wide range of secure payment options including:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for one-touch checkout.

  • Buy Now, Pay Later: We have partnered with Afterpay and Zip Pay to offer flexible interest-free payment plans, allowing you to pay for your appliance in installments while receiving it immediately.

  • Bank Transfer: For commercial or bulk orders, Direct Deposit is available (please contact our support team for an invoice).

Absolutely. Your security is our highest priority. Our website utilizes advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, which ensures that all data passed between the web server and your browser remains private and integral. We do not store your credit card information on our servers; all transactions are processed through a Tier-1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, similar to the systems used by major Australian banks.

Fujiyama Appliances operates as a dedicated online-first retailer. This strategy allows us to eliminate the high overhead costs of physical showrooms (rent, electricity, staffing) and pass those savings directly to you in the form of lower prices. While we do not have a physical showroom, we provide high-definition imagery, detailed specification sheets, and comprehensive product descriptions to help you make an informed choice. Our “30-Day Change of Mind” policy (see Returns section) also allows you to shop with confidence.

Delivery & Assembly

Yes! We are proud to offer Free Standard Delivery to most Australian metropolitan areas, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.

  • What is included: Standard delivery is a “Door-to-Door” service. Our courier will deliver your item to the ground floor entrance of your home or the main foyer of your apartment building.

  • Regional & Remote Areas: For deliveries outside of metro zones, a calculated shipping fee will apply based on your postcode and the weight of the item. You can view this cost in your cart before checkout.

  • Exclusions: Please note that due to carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver large appliances to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

We deliver Australia-wide, covering approximately 95% of residential addresses.

  • Metro: 2–5 business days.

  • Regional: 5–10 business days.

  • Remote/Island: Please contact our support team for a custom quote and timeframe.

  • Pro Tip: Enter your postcode in the shipping calculator on the product page to see instant availability for your area.

We dispatch orders rapidly, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane Metro: 2–4 business days.

  • Adelaide/Perth Metro: 3–6 business days.

  • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days depending on the frequency of courier services to your town. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Most Fujiyama appliances come fully assembled and ready to install.

  • Dishwashers & Dryers: Fully assembled. You will need to remove packaging materials and transit bolts (for washing machines) before use.

  • Cooktops: Come pre-assembled but require professional installation.

  • Rangehoods: May require the attachment of the fascia or flue components during installation.

  • Wall Mounting: If you are wall-mounting the FCD45201W Dryer, you will need to assemble and affix the included wall bracket to your studs.

Returns & Warranty

We understand that sometimes plans change. Fujiyama offers a 14-Day Change of Mind Return Policy for your peace of mind. You can return an item provided:

  1. The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  2. The item is unopened, factory sealed, and in pristine, resellable condition.

  3. The packaging is not damaged or weather-beaten.

  • Cost: For Change of Mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse. A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover administrative and warehouse handling. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our appliances. All Fujiyama products come with a comprehensive 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty for domestic use.

  • Coverage: This covers defects in materials and workmanship (e.g., motor failure, electronic control faults).

  • Commercial Use: Products used in a commercial environment (e.g., offices, cafes, boarding houses) are covered by a limited 3-month warranty.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation (e.g., DIY gas installation), vermin damage, or normal wear and tear (e.g., filters, light bulbs).

We take great care in packaging, but transit damage can occasionally occur.

  • Visible Box Damage: If the driver attempts to deliver a box that is clearly crushed or open, please refuse the delivery and ask them to return it to the sender. Contact us immediately.

  • Concealed Damage: If you unpack the item and find dents or scratches, do not install or use the appliance. Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging and contact our Support Team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a discount depending on the severity.
