FUJIYAMA REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

This Refunds and Returns Policy details your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and explains how Fujiyama Appliances manages refunds, replacements, repairs and warranty-related requests. It helps you understand what to do if a product is faulty, damaged or requires service. Fujiyama appliances come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
Your ACL Rights
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major. A major failure includes unsafe products, goods significantly different from description, or goods not repairable within a reasonable time.
Change of Mind Returns
Fujiyama does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion if products are unused, unopened and returned within 14 days.
Warranty Claims
All appliances include a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims require proof of purchase, product model and serial number, and a description of the issue. Claims must be submitted via the service portal or customer service.
Return Procedure
Contact support@fujiappliances.com with proof of purchase and issue description, including photos and videos. A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued. Products must be returned with the RAN and securely packaged. Items without a RAN will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
Consumable parts, accessories, products damaged through misuse or improper installation, and modified items are not refundable.
Shipping Costs
For major failures, Fujiyama covers return shipping and repair costs. For non-warranty or user-caused damage, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
